Project Manager reporting directly to the HA Network Strategy and Technology Project Sponsor, leading a small team responsible for the assessment of traffic data collection methods for potential suitability for analysing traffic data trends and assessing relevant future ITS systems deployment on the M3 and M4. Building on previously developed key relationships with Client, Suppliers and HA Specialists alike, the team provided expert advice by means of feasibility studies and technology proposal reports.
